What Is Covered
We provide free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects under normal household use:
Electric Food Chopper YD-318M
- Motor failure, power failure, abnormal running noise, automatic overheat protection malfunction
- Defects on main body, safety lock lid, spindle and original factory assembly issues
- Factory defects of glass bowl affecting normal use
Cordless Heated Lunch Box
- Heating module failure, unable to heat up normally
- Charging function failure, battery abnormal (non-consumable aging)
- Circuit defects and main body assembly factory problems
What Is NOT Covered by Free Warranty
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification or self-repair.
- Damage from improper operation, overloading, long-time continuous work, water ingress or food residue corrosion.
- Man-made damage: dropping, collision, squeezing, scratches, cracks.
- Normal wear of consumable parts: chopper blades, silicone sealing rings, food containers.
- Damage caused by unstable voltage, natural disasters and other force majeure.
- Products exceeding the 12-month warranty period.
- Products purchased from unofficial unauthorized channels.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Provide order number, product model (YD-318M / Cordless Heated Lunch Box), fault description, photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will verify your warranty eligibility within 24 hours.
- If covered under warranty, we will arrange free repair or replacement; shipping terms will be notified separately.
